This year's popular CCA Councillor Development Weekend is taking place on 24th - 25th November at Doubletree by Hilton Stratford Upon Avon. More information can be found on the 'Venue' tab.
Attendees can enjoy a packed programme full of sessions focused on improving your skills in your important role as both a Conservative councillor and a campaigner. It is also a great opportunity to meet with fellow councillors from across the country. Many have attended with group colleagues as part of a team building weekend.
All CCA Members are welcome to attend and it is specifically aimed at those looking to broaden their ideas, learn more and engage effectively with residents. There will be sessions relevant to those both in control and opposition; speakers will include councillors and Party staff all of whom have a wealth of campaigning and local government experience.
As part of the varied and interesting Development Weekend programme, we are excited to have Mr James Cleverly MP, the Deputy Chairman of the Conservative Party, join us as the guest speaker at our dinner on the Saturday evening for what we are sure will be an interesting and engaging discussion!

Some councillors prefer to attend the development weekend as a group and as such we offer a group booking discount based on 3 for the price of 2 for the Full Package only. This booking option is available via the online Booking Form.
